Full-Time Administrator (1 Vacancy)

Enter-Link Limited aims to provide language services and make contributions to society. Joining Enter-Link as a full-time administrator allows you to gain experience in running a business and providing language services for people in need. We also offer regular language training to employees to enhance the quality of our services.

Major Duties:

  • Reply inquiries in emails and communicate with clients professionally;

  • Manage company social media accounts and website;

  • Design documents like flyers, name cards;

  • Monitor the company's progress;

  • Draft contracts;

  • Prepare company documents for programme applications;

  • Conduct company meetings, prepare agendas and minutes; 

  • Prepare and conduct interviews for interpreter/translator recruitment and evaluate candidates' performances;

  • Organise and host company events;

  • Contact interpreters for their availability for jobs;

  • Join meeting with clients to get information about pending jobs; and

  • Participate in training sessions provided by the company. 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or above in translation or a related field, with relevant work experience;

  • Experience in public relations work, e.g. contacting clients, designing flyers and managing websites

  • Possess good organisation and communication skills;

  • Be responsible, attentive to details, and a good team player; and

  • Demonstrate a good command of English and Cantonese and Putonghua.
